My mother had approached the receptionists today to enquire about her appointment which is booked in 10 days time. Extremely poor standards by receptionists to not even approach the desk and listen to her. Instead they remain seated on their desks meteres away and dont even look at her whilst dismissing her concerns and give her petty remarks. This has caused my mother to cancel her appointment and instead resort to using A/E services if her pain gets worse. This is a completely unacceptable service from a GP Surgery that has a responsibility to look after its local community.

I would say by far the worst doctors surgery I have ever had to come in contact with. My mum has used this surgery all her life so didn't want to change but I will be asking her to change. No response on the phones, reception is useless and just point you online. How is a 70 year old suppose to use online websites or Apps??? Ridiculous place! Needs to be shut down or taken over by new ownership!

I have used this practice for some time and i can safely say they go the extra mile. The staff and the GP's are very friendly and approachable. I find patches to be very quick and easy to use. I have got an appt very quickly and all staff at my interaction were very helpful. Liz is also very knowledgable as a advanced nurse practitioner. Lovely clean practice as well. I would highly recommend.

Totally incompetent. The doctor swore my baby's serious symptoms of vomiting, severe weight loss, & bleeding, were just a simple tummy bug, when I took her there every week, for over 2 years. Because he dismissed her serious symptoms, she literally almost died from a Crohn's disease related condition called Toxic MegaColon, & she suddenly had to have emergency surgery to remove her large bowel, & then further surgery to have a colostomy bag fitted. She spent almost a year in hospital recovering from that, when it could have been prevented from getting that bad if caught early. It turns out she has inflammatory bowel disease. Crohn's disease, to be exact, & Crohns related reflux disease. She's also been on 200mg iron supplements as a basic maintenance dose, to try & prevent anaemia, due to stoma related malabsorption. Her blood test just came back on 21st January as anaemic, but this doctor is blatently refusing to increase the dose, even though that's what the paediatric consultant said on 6th December that we would have to do if the blood test came back as anaemic, despite her being on the maintenance dose already. Do NOT bring your children (or anyone else vulnerable) to this doctor, because he doesn't care!
