I'm what you might call a nervous buyer. I have to ask tons of questions, read reviews, and I sometimes exasperate people with my indecision. My experience with Cabin Depot people, (there were more than a few who took my calls) was amazing. They all were patient with me, cheerful, taking the time to answer my questions or get back to me with the information I needed to make a decision, which I did two days ago and surprisingly felt relief about my decision. It's not every day I spend over $3,000 on an item I haven't been able to touch, feel, examine, test out and then go home to think about it. Cabin Depot is far more than your average online store. They work and practice what they sell and their physical store is completely off-grid. How amazing is that?! I ordered the Gemini cook woodstove with the top oven and even though I found another one at a significantly lesser price, I wanted to deal with the Cabin Depot. I trust them. They earned my loyalty and it sure helped that they had a price match guarantee. After filling out their price match form, I was informed in short order that they accepted the price match.. I'll add to my review when I receive my stove. For now, I will add some pics of my tiny home where it is going to be placed.

Dear Cabin Depot Team, I am writing to thank you for the amazing service I received with my recent order. Your team was exceptional in providing me with updated ETAs for the original Lifepower batteries I had purchased. Our off-grid cabin was limping along on a single string of flooded acid batteries after losing the second string to a failure. With winter approaching, we were very worried about having sufficient power. When I realized there would be delays with the LifePower batteries, your team was incredibly helpful in assisting me with swapping them for the LL-S batteries and expediting the shipment. I’ve taught customer service to many organizations in my professional career. I’m now long retired and still find excellent customer service difficult to come by! The Cabin Depot, and especially Kyle Aubin, are exceptional examples of customer support and service!! My only regret was not reaching out sooner! I would have saved myself significant time, lessened aggravation, and a happier installation of my EG46000XP and generator backup. Lyle’s patience and response time, his pleasantness and professionalism, will contribute significantly to me looking first to them for future sales and service!
