Disappointed in this company. Ordered a couple of sweaters to wear around Christmas time. They took just over 6 weeks to arrive, so not terrible. However, one arrived missing a letter, and the other one was nowhere near the color that was pictured, other than that, it looked ok. I emailed the company the same day as my shirts arrived (Dec. 10th 2024) to let them know I received a shirt missing a letter.. they replied fairly quickly and said they'd send out a replacement ASAP.. the replacement has yet to arrive, it is now Oct. 2025.. I will increase my star rating, if my replacement ever arrives until then, 1 star it is.
Absolutely LOVE these new sweaters! So cute and perfect for the spooky season! 10/10 recommend! Make sure you choose simply rose for ALL of your custom designs!
Ordered a sweater. Was so excited. Took 3 months to receive. Then there was a hole in the back of it. I emailed them and they said they would send another sweater. That was over a year ago. I've emailed them 3 times since. INSANE.
