Customer experiences

My wife ordered a mirror from IKEA. TForce was the company IKEA used to deliver the mirror. Bottom line, a very disappointing, unprofessional, absolutely terrible experience. My wife received notification that when her order was out for delivery she would receive a call so she could be ready to accept the delivery when it arrived. She never received any call/text/email. The only reason she knew something had been dropped off was because she received a notification from our doorbell that someone had been at the front door. What she saw when she opened the door was beyond unacceptable. The mirror was dropped off in a tattered box and the mirror was completely shattered. Thus explaining why no notification was given that the mirror would be arriving soon. The delivery guys simply didn’t want to deal with the problem and dropped the mirror off and left. The first picture is of exactly how the mirror was left, the others show the damage to the mirror. My wife immediately called IKEA and explained what happened. They gave her the contact information for TForce. She called TForce and asked for the delivery guys to come back and take the broken mirror back. To no surprise they never showed up after my wife was told they were on their way. I then called TForce myself on two separate occasions asking for the mirror to be picked up. Both times I was told a truck would be by that afternoon to pick it up. Again, to no surprise, the mirror was never picked up. At all costs I would avoid using TForce. If it’s you’re only choice, good luck… The customer service was terrible and of no help. Just full of empty promises. In response to the owner: 411939288

Company delivered three large boxes to my home with orange chalk writing on the packaging. The orange chalk transferred on to my rug, creating a stain that could not be removed. The company refused to pay my claim, to reimburse me for the property damaged they caused. Their customer service team was rude and hung up on me. Do not recommend.

Here's an outline of what's happened so far: 1) Received a call on Tuesday to confirm a scheduled delivery of Thursday between 1pm-5pm. I schedule an employee to be available to receive this. 2) Thursday at 6pm, no attempted delivery and no call. 3) I call Friday, but the "city dispatch" extension has a recording that plays immediately after dialing: "Thank you for calling, goodbye." then immediately disconnects. 4) On Friday I was able to get a hold of someone who told me it would be delivered Monday. 5) I'll bet you can guess what happened next, but no delivery made on Monday. I call at 2pm Monday and was told it's supposed to be delivered that day but never made it on the delivery truck. They won't confirm if it'll be delivered Monday or Tuesday, but I was told "probably Tuesday". 6) No call and no communication whatsoever on Tuesday, but guess what? Still no delivery! The lack of communication and complete disregard for the obligations they have made is astounding. LTL shipping is dominated by liars, cheats, and thiefs, so its no wonder T-Force is doing so well!

If I could leave 0 I would. We got a confirmation text saying we could pick it up today. We get there after driving 2.5 hours north and no one is there. We call the place and get ahold of their customer service and the answer we got was “well.. someone should be there” evidently.. no one was. We called ikea to see if they could figure it out. And after a 20 min 3 way call with ikea, t force, and us. IKEA just said well try and ship it to you for free. I don’t know how this place is still in business.
