I called on Sunday for Monday delivery on letters that I also needed them to print. It couldn't have gone smoother. I worked with Rand, who was so nice and professional. I'm so glad I found this courier service. They took all my stress away.

I had to send a parcel to a friend in South Africa, and from start to finish the process and service was brilliant. Tracking my parcel from the UT was really easy and the courier in SA then made contact with my friend to inform her of the expected arrival time of the parcel. Also compared to other couriers, this was the cheapest option by far I will definitely use this service again.

I'm an attorney and had an emergency same-day filing. I previously used other courier services in the Salt Lake City area, which were rude, very unprofessional, and offered minimal services for almost triple the price. For example, these other couriers either didn't have a two-hole punch or refused to two-whole punch my court filings. Btw, this is a court-imposed requirement so I would have paid extra for this service. Well, I sincerely wish I had known about Fastlane Courier because the service was fast, easy, and professional. I'll be using this courier for all my future filings!
