Honestly wouldn’t even rate it a single star. I ordered my package for work purpose and it’s not delivered still. I’m almost leaving this job but the package ain’t here yet. Worst service I’ve ever got.

Even though they didn’t deliver our cargo to our house, they came to our house and called us, they said we were not at home, they didn’t deliver our cargo, we had to rent a car and buy it, I definitely don’t liquidate this company

DHL has lost an expensive package I had them ship, won't respond to any of my emails, they don't have any options to speak to an actual human. I've always avoided using them because of their reputation but I had no choice because of the seller. Using DHL is pretty much a coin toss on if you will receive your package.

First time going here. The lady at the counter was very courteous, and helpful. The only thing that would make my experience better would be if I could pay for import/outstanding charges in person, instead of paying online.
