The drivers are awesome! Especially the regualar delivery man. Most of the time, they leave the package(s) at the door, which I appreciate and actually prefer for no contact, due to illness. A couple, or so times, I didn't receive a call through the intercom system/had to go pick up the package quite far from my place. I currently do not drive so it was a huge inconvenience! I do not like when that happens.

Driver never attempted delivery we waited in a clear distance from the door. Went here to pick it up and they wouldn’t release the package so they are going to redeliver employee said “well maybe you can listen better tomorrow and HOPEFULLY get it” thanks man really appreciate your words

1070 Wellington location. I arrived before 10:00am to ensure I would receive air express next day delivery. A service that Purolator claims to provide. A Purolator employee checked off air on my receipt. I saw him put multiple stickers that stated air all over my package. He verbally confirmed that my package will be going air and arrive the next day. Well… it was not received yesterday nor did it arrive today. I did some searching… please explain to me why my package that I clearly stated to be AIR express is on a train? Help me understand when I received verbal and signed confirmation it would arrive the next day by air that my package was PUT ON A TRAIN - arriving who knows when sometime next week. The package was full of fresh baked goods - now ruined. There is no such thing as “ooops it was an accident.” Accidents happen when a person is careless. Whether it happened at the Wellington location or the sorting facilities, I hope that person(s) are held accountable. Start doing a job of excellence, start being respectful to customers belongings, and be thorough and check it twice. AIR not train. Increase your standard of who is hired and works for Purolator… everyone wants a paycheque but are they willing to work for it? Obviously not. AIR not TRAIN. That person(s) ruined a birthday surprise because my package is now rotting on a train.

I see a lot of negative reviews related to the delivery. I'm sharing my experience from the physical store. The lady at the store is very patient and clearly walked us through the process. Though it's a simple process she ensured the customer is having the best experience.
