I am sure this was not the most lucrative direction for his company, but the honesty and integrity shown will certainly prompt me to choose Texas Star Appliance the next time I have a need. Chris was also helpful by giving helpful suggestions about purchasing a new machine.

At its age parts are no longer readily available but he is going to research for them. It still works fine just leaks randomly but maybe the clean out that he did will give it a few more years.
