Uptown Appliance was great to work with. Kevin came out and quickly diagnosed the problem with our Miele refrigerator. He quoted 3-5 days to get the necessary parts in. In 5 days, he and Carlos came out to install the new parts. Both he and Carlos were very professional and knowledgeable. I was also impressed with how quickly they worked when they were here. Our refrigerator works great now. I will definitely use Uptown Appliance again.
Kevin was super helpful and knowledgeable in fixing our double oven! The top igniters were broken and he was able to quickly identify what was needed, and return to fix within days. I highly recommend him and his team!
Kevin and Carlos did an excellent job installing our new combination microwave/oven into our built in cabinet. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
