From the very first class I took with Shuchi in September 2025, I felt instantly welcomed and at home. There’s something magnetic about her presence - the moment she begins guiding the practice, you’re drawn in by her calm energy, thoughtful words, precise cues, and the way she weaves breath with movement. Shuchi didn’t just teach me yoga; she made me fall in LOVE with it. She has an extraordinary gift for creating a safe, non-judgmental space that melted away my anxiety about practicing in a group setting. Each class feels like both a physical and deeply spiritual experience, and I’ve noticed real healing in my nervous system since I started attending regularly. Her passion is palpable and contagious. In just a couple of months, she’s transformed how I move, breathe, and feel in my own body. I’m so grateful to her (and to the universe for bringing our paths together). I already can’t wait for every upcoming class. Thank you, Shuchi, from the bottom of my heart!!

Shuchi is an amazing yoga instructor, one of the best and one of my favorites. She goes above and beyond to imbibe confidence, positive values and her passion into each and every person in addition to making sure every one feels welcome & supported through every posture/asana. Her knowledge, dedication and genuine care for her clients/students/disciples is unmatched… correcting everyone so no one injures themselves and does the postures correctly as well as offering options for every level of experience/capability, ensuring that each person leaves her class physically, emotionally and spiritually revived. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to start/continue a yoga practice.

Yoga with Shuchi is not just a yoga class but a true physical and spiritual experience! She has such passion for her craft. She makes you want to feel that passion too! She helps you to be your best on the mat. Her yoga class is always different and motivating. I leave her class feeling physically and emotionally better than when I walked in.
