Customer experiences
Honestly had an excellent experience here. I didn’t choose where I would have my procedure done, but trusted the doctor who referred me here despite the negative reviews. It seems really well run. It’s very clean. ALL of the staff I encountered were very professional, kind, and accommodating. I don’t remember anyone’s name unfortunately but I had an anesthesiologist who was really great as well. I felt really safe and taken care of here.
Arrived at the ER thinking I was having a heart attack. I had difficulty finding parking but as I was walking to the door I asked Karen, staff member where the entrance was she asked me if I need assistance which I certainly did. She accompanied me spoke to admitting and the staff went into solicitous but rapid action. After extensive testing fortunately it was not a life threatening event, the staff was efficient, kind, professional, informative, and patient. If you or a loved one feels they are having a life threatening event, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring them to this facility
I am currently a patient at Swedish Lynnwood Rehabilitation hospital. I am freezing in bed fully clothed with 3 blankets. I was told they could not control the heat. The food I was given is unfit for human consumption. I was told that it I didn't like the food I could have a sandwich. An hour later I was told that there were no sandwiches. I was given a tiny bag of potato chips. 3 potato chips. This place is run by corporate greed.
"I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this hospital. As a patient already feeling unwell, the removal of the couches in the lounge area was a significant problem. There was no comfortable place to rest during my excessive 7 to 9-hour wait to even speak with someone. I witnessed other sick patients struggling and falling down due to the lack of seating. When you're making patients wait for the better part of a day, the least you could do is provide a comfortable environment. The couches were perfect for that. Why make people wait so long just to get someone to talk to you? It feels like they don't have enough nurses on staff. Removing the couches has made the environment much less patient-friendly. Because of this, I have to give this hospital a 1-star review. Comfort and timely attention should be a priority, especially when patients are already dealing with health issues."
Swedish Edmonds Campus is a medical center.
