Nothing but trouble from the billing department. If you have a major surgery, go somewhere else. I was making regular payments to them, $50, $100..etc. paying what i could. Then I get a paper out of nowhere saying I had to pay in 10 days or I would be sent to collections. I called to make a payment arrangement and they wouldn't budge on $189 a month payment that they wanted. They said "if you dont pay the $189 a month you will be sent to collections" Then, after months and months of paying them, I finally had enough money to pay them off $1499.00. Two days later they took $189 out of my checking account then gave me the run around, telling me that they would have a supervisor call me, which never happened. They finally sent out a check which they said would take 10 days to get to me, instead of just refunding it to my card. I told them that I live paycheck to paycheck and they had no sense of urgency. Worst customer service experience of my life.

Father was here for the Whipple Procedure. Since he was going to stay for extended period, we reach out ahead of time about an extended stay for myself and mother. They got us with a cottage rental by Lorrie Alpine. Her 1 bedroom cottage was perfect for us to wait during surgery and relax at when we came home at night. Appreciated the surgeon team calling us every 2-3 hours as we waited. Once my dad was in recovery, the doctors, physical therapists and nurses on 14A treated my dad and us with great hospitable and care. Always very professional and polite. Did everything they could to make us comfortable. Very thankful for their care.

Had to make a few pit stops here at the ER while recovering from a bad infection. Even when they were slammed busy, each doctor and nurse took the time to explain everything going on to me and answered all my dumb questions. When I came back for my 2nd trip here, the doctor I was working with was so caring and understanding. Got me a referral to a specialist and I felt he (and the rest of the staff I dealt with) really cared for me and wanted me to get better. I never have had major health problems and was so scared that an ER trip was happening but they really took great care of me. It's a phenomenal hospital.
