I went to Suzie Q yesterday and my experience there was awful. As I was shopping on one of the isles I fell down very hard due to so many boxes in the way. I lost my balance and fell forward. The young man wearing a red shirt yelled out " are you ok?" I responded that I had fallen and I needed help. He never came to help me get up off the floor. I tried my best to get up but I hurt my leg and I was stunned. He then asked if I needed help again and I responded " yes I fell pretty hard" he never once came to see if I was hurt. He was too busy on the computer. Once I got up on my own I went to the front register and again he completely ignored me and passed me off to someone else. This has been the worst experience ever. I ended up not buying anything at all I was in shock.Before I left the store I mentioned that the boxes needed to be better organized because it was a Danger. Again I was ignored. Bad customer service!! My leg and lower back are hurt but the worst thing was being treated like I didn't matter. Save your business for an establishment that cares about thier clients. Bad customer service at Suzie Q on Harry Hines!

These people have always been more than nice to me and my four-year-old son when we come in there to shop they give him a little treat are always so happy to see us and always help me find what I’m looking for. My son enjoys coming with me Ps. The new girl Is super nice super willing to help and does a great job I wish I would’ve gotten her name.

Worst management I have ever seen in my entire business career. Some of the stories I hear from customers and previous employees really makes me want to sue these scumbags. I have been in this store a couple of times with my wife who is from India and I am half Korean and half Scottish and I suppose by my outer appearance no one would ever suspect I could possible understand Korean.. but thank heavens for that! Some of the most unheard of things were said out loud about my wife while we were in the store! The owner is a Korean couple, and they are the rudest and the shadiest people I've seen. I also, although I do not know them personally myself, know the kind of treatment these low-lives give to their employees! Minimum wage in Texas is $7.50 by law, however this b#!%^ pays their employees who work all day $5.00 per hour! On top of that the lady owner treats them like slaves and pushes them to do more work than they get paid for! These workers were her own race too! They were all Koreans who didn't have jobs and were in need of employment and money so she took advantage of them and even had them to work longer hours than promised without giving them proper compensation. Honestly I can never find myself set foot inside that disgusting store while the management is under those disgusting people. Of course there are no longer Koreans working there because they were fed up by their unethical ways. I as well, just hearing their stories am at rage. Trust me everyone, you can find just as good, or even better merchandise from other stores who actually have morals, ethics, and some respect. They should be filed a complaint to the Texas Work Force for unlawful wages and discrimination. Please spread the word.

Very Rude! This was our first time to stop by here. We were killing time waiting on another wholesaler to open and had never seen this place. It looked like it had cute stuff, we walked in and the lady was rude from the beginning! We said we will just take our business elsewhere! Will not be back!
