Love them. Don’t have a bad thing to say. They always seem to have everything I need and then some.They never have a shortage of products or colors. I am not happy because I am a very long time customer and the man who is usually at the counter over there gave me his word after a purchase and after I came to exchange the item ; he would keep his word and not accept the item i bought. Mind you I drive an hour to come to this store and spend hundreds of dollars monthly with them . I might as well start to buy myself from Smartex at even lower prices to avoid this type of situations. I didn’t want a refund but an exchange guys. I told them they might lose me as a customer because of this. It’s not fair to give your word to someone and not keep it in business o matter what ! . I am a business man and i felt cheated after spending and being loyal to this store for years when they are surrounded by different wholesalers.
