Responded quickly to our backed up drain under our basement floor. They provided recommendations for repair and once we gave the go ahead their team completed the work on the same day. The work entailed lifting carpet and drilling into the concrete floor to access the drain. They were professional, efficient and tidy and we would recommend them.

Had a broken pipe in older home, Mr Rooter responded quickly, It is hard to diagnose until they open the floor they came Wedsday and set a crew for Friday at 900 am showed on time, it was a broken pipe as thought. but further along in the pipe so, dig some more. Job completed and Kitchen sink was back on. We had a few problems, but Mr Rooter acted in a Professional manner and the problem was resolved, hard to find these days Thanks to all at Mr Rooter
