Professional, explained what everything that he had done, took the old furnace filter & humidifier filter away for disposal, had a great personality & sense of humour, as well as a dog lover, so that got bonus points. Seriously, I highly recommend McKinnon Heating Cooling, customer service all around is stellar.

Installation of a new water heater tank and removal of the old one went extremely well. The technician was professional and explained the functionning of the new tank with clear and precise language. Worked quickly and cleaned up after the installation. Very polite too! Office staff were a joy to communicate with and very helpful. Would recommend this company to family and friends .
