Extremely unprofessional and negligent experience with Stotland Trucking. If I could I would give zero stars Their driver repeatedly ran over and broke our newly installed pavers, despite being told to stop — and left a huge delivery crate in the middle of our driveway. No apology, no accountability. We were issued a check that later bounced for insufficient funds, and after several months of back-and-forth, we’re still waiting for reimbursement. We’ve had bounced emails, disconnected phone lines, and zero follow-through from management. The lack of communication and professionalism has been astounding. I would strongly caution anyone from doing business with this company until they demonstrate they can operate responsibly and make things right with customers they’ve wronged.

I hate to say this but after answering a 2 AM phone call for roadside assistance and fixing the problem, getting them back up and going, they asked me to fix another truck at a different location and I did that as well. They were very happy but they’ve since ignored the bill, ghosted me immediately afterwards, and now won’t answer any of my calls, messages, emails, or texts. Their numbers on their website are not working and calls go immediately to voicemail. This company is clearly in trouble and they owe me $2500 for emergency repair services I provided. This is a huge red flag. Someone from this business needs to pay this invoice and anyone looking to do business with them needs to be wary.

After ordering 10 large Barber chairs from Amazon and being sent back-and-forth and “he said she said”, between four different third parties due to negligence of delivering my products properly, Scotland trucking was the only company of ALL companies I dealt with to make things happen. Terminal manager Ruth, was one of the most helpful and adept individuals I’ve worked with in regards to delivery managing ever! If it wasn’t for her our products would have been sent back to manufacturer for a mistake that a separate 3rd party had made along the delivery chain. This would have caused my grand opening event(s) to be completely ruined. Ruth alongside Scotland trucking took a weight off my shoulders that I was unsure would be lifted while dealing with all the other 3rd parties.

We ordered a 200 gallon fish tank setup from Innovative Marine. This is our second attempt at getting something so large and fragile. Our first was broken upon delivery (different trucking company), so when this one arrived packed tall and wide we were a bit worried about the delivery process. The driver (Christian said the load is so large he would have to let the wheels of the hand truck off the edge of the lift gate, this made us concerned because last time that’s exactly what cracked the first tank. We spoke with Andrew on the phone about how to more safely get this delivered and he agreed to take load back to the dock and load it differently. Normally there is a fee for redelivery but he did waive that for us as a courtesy. When the shipment was back at the dock, Andrew phoned to let me know they were breaking the shipment down to its 3 pallets, rather than strapped together as the manufacturer had packaged it. They also put an extra pallet under each of the 3 crates. Because of their time and effort and care it was all successfully delivered without issue. Very much appreciated Andrew and Christian’s willingness to help and make it a great experience for us!
