Worst delivery experience ever. Given delivery window was 10am-4pm. It's now 5pm and still not delivered. Called hourly for update or ETA. Every time I called I was told one stop away- 30 minutes away. Don't believe them! Escalate to manager? They will tell you he's out office. I'll never buy anything shipped through them.

By far the worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. They claim they "tried" to deliver my package from Nordstrom four times, but marked my address as "bad" every time even though my address information was correct from the start. (Note: no other shipping company or business has ever had an issue delivering to my address.) I verified my address and access instructions with Nordstrom three times, which they attempted to communicate to TForce, but this company didn't respond to Nordstrom's inquiries as to why the package wasn't delivered. TForce also didn't respond to my emails or requests for a call to sort out my delivery. Now my package appears to be permanently lost, and I have to seek a refund. I see from the Google reviews that many others have experienced the same problems with this company, including other Nordstrom customers. Terrible, disorganized, unprofessional company with abysmal customer service. Do not give this company your business, they are absolute garbage.

They leave packages at my gate meant for other customers at destinations miles away. After a long call explaining to T-Force, they say they will pick them back up but after a week I end up tracking down the customer who picks them up for themselves. Every package Staples sends me through T-Force is delayed by days or weeks. Sometimes it never shows up and replacements are sent. If through DHL all seems to work. If through T-Force then it's all up for grabs and I'm in the loop again.

1) Very bad service. 2) Shipment received in damaged Condition. **Refer to the shipment picture *Before * to see the condition in which it was handed over to T Force. 3)Refer to the picture * After * to see the condition in which the shipment was received by us which is in damaged condition. 4) Will never use their services again.
