I had booked a room at Ginger hotel Vivek Vihar for day use, and my overall experience was excellent. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which allowed me to rest and work without any disturbance. I would like to especially mention Mr. Praveen Singh (Guest Service Associate) for his special assistance and warm hospitality. His polite behavior and professional support made my short stay even more comfortable and pleasant. Facilities such as Wi-Fi/refreshments/housekeeping were adequately provided and made the short stay convenient. I appreciate the prompt service and professionalism of Ginger team. I would recommend Ginger hotel for day-use stays and look forward to visiting again. Thank you.

The place is a value property essentially. Room quality could be better though along with bathrooms as well. For a budget sized hotel, it’s located next to Fortune by ITC & serves a certain class of guests. Ample car parking space within the basement. We decided to spend our night time here as we were tired. Staff was courteous & perhaps breakfast as an option can be explored

My overall experience in this place was different to what I expected. There was no hot water in the showers, most of the food was either stale or did not meet my standards. They took a while to deliver food both in the restaurant and in room service. The bedroom was crammed for 2 people and the card to unlock the room door didnt work. Everyone has their own opinion but if im being honest, this hotel is good for at max, one night. The phone number to the reception isn't working, as well as the numbers they give you when you enter the hotel. The staff were friendly and cooperative which is a must, but that is probably the only good thing about this place. As well as the menu only having a couple good items like the porridge, fruits, and fries. Everything else is somewhat moderately okay or completely inedible.
