Customer experiences
Best Dentists in this Province, hands down. From the friendliness of the reception staff on down to the Dental professionals themselves. Dr. Kori Andrea and her assistant (cannot remember her name, my apologies) are the best in the business. Kind, caring and totally above board on everything. Just great people. Go nowhere else, trust me.
I've had dental treatments and the botox treatments also. The dentist was gentle and explained everything before she did anything. The staff was friendly and I didn't have to wait long for my appointment.
I went to this dentist office to fix a cavity and have a cleaning first. So I'll start there. They were friendly enough but the first red flag was I have never had pain and discomfort during a routine cleaning. It was rough, the person doing the cleaning did it dry, not giving my and water or time to spit threwout so I was just sitting with a mouth full of blood trying not to choke on my own blood. So yeah really lovely. Should have never gone back but I like to give second chances. When I went to get a routine filling from Doctor Bennett, again it was a horrible experience. I've had many filling but this felt brutal, the device used to hold my mouth open was not placed correctly and pinched my inner cheek so bad it left an injury. Again not given water or a chance to spit...like what do you guys have against providing that? Are you trying to save on a water bill or something? It's common decency to keep your patients comfortable but you obviously don't seem to care about that. So anyway after paying for this filling I go home and continue to experience pain. I thought it was just the filling settling in but it just kept getting worse and worse. Finally I'm able to get an appointment to go back and I am told that they made a note that the tooth needed a root canal in the future...I was never told this. So what they did was just patch a rotting tooth with a filling. Charge me hundreds of dollars for it, let me leave fully knowing that my problem was still there and that I would need to come back and give them more money. I am disgusted, I am in the worse pain I've ever had, like 24 plus hours of labor was a picnic to this pain. But they don't care. They just want your money and to waste your time. My recommendation is find somewhere else unless you want this place to take advantage of you too.
Never thought I would get my children to like going to the dentist, but going to stavanger dental has been the best experience for both myself and my 2 children. The staff is polite and courteous, I found them through word of mouth and will never go anywhere else. Dr gamba makes people of any age feel comfortable, he as well as his staff take time to ensure the best possible outcome is reached. I appreciate what you have done for my family so far and will pass along nothing but positive info to all friends and family. Thank you again sincerely 3 happy patients :)
