⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been going to Avalon Dental for nearly 25 years, and they’ve been nothing short of exceptional from day one. My first visit was back in university after I accidentally cracked one of my front teeth in half. I went to two other dental clinics and was turned away both times. Avalon Dental was the third clinic I tried — and even though they were fully booked, they fit me in that same evening and fixed my tooth beautifully. Every staff member I met was professional, caring, and kind. From that moment on, I’ve never considered going anywhere else. The location inside the Avalon Mall is super convenient, and over the years I’ve come to appreciate how consistently well-run the entire practice is. I visit 3–4 times a year for cleanings, 1–2 times for checkups, and anytime I need additional work done. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting their entire team — from the front desk and management to the assistants, hygienists, and dentists — and truly, every single person has been fantastic. Appointments are always booked before I leave, and I get helpful reminders by email, text, and occasionally by phone. My records are always up to date, wait times are short, and I love the TVs on the ceiling — such a nice distraction! They also offer direct billing with insurance, which makes things incredibly convenient. Most importantly, Avalon Dental stands out because of their people. Everyone there is kind, patient, and genuinely caring. I’m not the easiest patient — bad gag reflex, super nervous, even known to get sick a few times — but they always go out of their way to keep me calm and comfortable while doing an outstanding job. After all these years, Avalon Dental continues to earn my complete trust and loyalty. It’s rare to find a clinic that combines professionalism, compassion, and consistency the way they do. I can’t recommend them highly enough! 💙🦷

Due to an accident, I lost one of my front teeth and visited this dental clinic for the first time for treatment. I received excellent care here. My dentist, Dr. Brown, and her assistant, Carolee, were incredibly professional, patient, and kind. I was also very impressed by Megan at the front desk, who handled the paperwork. She proactively followed up on my CT scan report and the reimbursement process, ensuring everything went smoothly throughout my treatment. I’m truly grateful for their professionalism, dedication, and the satisfying results of the treatment. Wishing this clinic continued growth and success!

I had Megan Whalen do my cleaning and I had no idea it could be so painless, and my teeth aren't easy. She was knowledgeable and quick as well, plus just a very pleasant person all around. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
