We have worked with Weichert SPM for almost ten years and highly recommend Missy & Harry for any real estate or property management needs! Although we have purchased and sold homes with SPM, we work mostly with the property management side. Missy's attention to detail, responsiveness, and availability to answer questions is amazing. SPM has always placed tenants in our properties within 30 days of being rent ready and their screening process is impeccable. When it comes to a tenant request for a repair, SPM makes it seamless for all involved. We couldn't be more happy with SPM as our rental management company!

My experience with this company has been less than pleasant from the start. This has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Upon moving into the home, I discovered a significant large gash in the bathtub that rendered it unusable for weeks. Despite bringing this issue to the company's attention, I was simply told to use the other bathrooms in the house. This lack of urgency and care for a basic necessity like bathing is unacceptable. Furthermore, the way this situation was handled made me feel like my concerns were not taken seriously. It is troubling to think that a rental company would ignore such a crucial issue and dismiss it with such indifference. The fact that I was expected to make do with alternative bathrooms instead of having the damaged tub repaired promptly is simply unacceptable. Additionally, I cannot overlook the feeling that there may have been a discriminatory element to the company's response. The lack of action and consideration given to my situation has made me disgusted. Overall, my experience with this rental company has left me feeling disrespected, neglected, and discriminated against. I would caution others considering renting from this company to think carefully about what kind of treatment they may encounter as tenants. When I reached out to the maintenance manager about a request to treat bed bugs that were found a day after my move, I was met with condescension and an insinuation that I was trying to cover up a pre-existing issue. This treatment left me feeling disrespected and unheard. A pest control was sent out that only diagnosed and did not treat the issue. What was the point? As a tenant, feeling comfortable and respected in your own home is essential. Unfortunately, this has not been the case for me. Moving into this rental has been a nightmare, and I can confidently say that I do not recommend this company to anyone. The lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by the maintenance manager is unacceptable. I want to emphasize that I did not have bed bugs before moving in, and the way my request was handled only added to the stress of this move. I was met with her stating that the realtors and maintenance did not see bed bugs before I moved in. However, bed bugs feed off carbon monoxide while we sleep so how would they see them if they haven’t stayed a night here? I have retained a lawyer for the duration of my stay here to ensure that my rights as a tenant are protected. Moving here was a mistake, and I urge others to think twice before considering this company for their future landlords. There are plenty of other companies I would recommend in the area such as Marathon and even some with new modern homes around Mississippi. Please do not go with this janky company. The maintenance supervisor is very argumentative, unprofessional, mouthy, and unconcerned. You will regret it in the long run after signing the lease.

They and their company SPM-Weichert have been taking care of my properties and their attention to detail , their care and professionalism are responsible not only for my full satisfaction but also the tenants’. Not only there’s a very low turnover rate for tenants but also SPM’s staffing is very stable because Missy and Harry treat everybody very well.
