This is my go to location any time I need to hold a workshop in Atlanta. The staff is beyond accommodating and delightful. The space is great and the location is easy to get to from the MARTA, There are plenty of eating spots to get to for lunch. Most importantly, the team always makes us feel welcome and appreciated. I can't wait to REBOOK.

If you want to make your company look bad when renting a conference room this is the place to go. Let's count what happened. Our franchisee called to book a conference room and was directed to do so on their site. No problem. We did. She paid for it but received an error message. So we checked the account and the payment was drafted. So we called back. We were assured on the phone that the reservation was made, 2pm - 5pm, up to two hours of parking was FREE. Free printing and wifi. We arrived and there was no record of us booking. They searched the other locations, nothing. We showed them the bank draft. The people we were meeting with patiently waited around, until one called my company unprofessional and that we didn't have things together, despite it not being OUR fault. So they said they'll provide a refund and give us a room. This was an hour later. We settle in, plug in, request for documents to get printed for everyone at the meeting to sign. She said to email it and she'll take care of it. No, no printing. So no one was able to sign anything. Again, made us look bad. TWENTY MINUTES before 5pm we get interrupted. Luckily it was just Q and A time after rushing through the presentation. To get rushed out. Time to validate parking. No, no free parking anymore. That's for clients only. I guess we were just bums from a curb at that point. I had assured everyone that parking was free so now I'm paying for everyone's parking. I travel the country. I have meetings and conferences. Never in my life have I encountered such a thing. I do my absolute best to not write negative reviews unless they're outright awful. And as far as the payment, they said they can't refund it. We'll just have to call and dispute it.
