Daniel DoodyAvoid Regus if possible. But if you do end up signing a lease at a Regus location, look VERY carefully at the terms. I rented a coworking space at their next door location (City View) on 6 month contract. After the first 3 months, they auto-renewed me for another 6 month contract, at a 15% increase in rent - without giving me a verbal warning. I had tried countless times to get the "second" lease terminated. They did absolutely nothing, it was impossible to reach anyone of significance or decision making, and they ultimately took every opportunity to screw me over in the end, denying my many requests for a cancellation of the 2nd (auto-generated) lease, or even an early termination of it. I made it clear from the beginning I was not going to stay past 6 months. I am moving cities, and now they are going to strongarm me into paying thousands of dollars that I did not sign up to pay... all for a coworking space. Worst experience of my life. Please don't make the same mistake I did, there's plenty of other offices at a good rate who don't ripoff their tenants. I've never dealt with a business more unethical than Regus.
