My wife and I are both self employed and worked from home last year until our son was born. Needing extra space, we stretched our budget to join the Midtown Industrious location because it was convenient to our home and met all our needs including access to a newly renovated gym in the building that was the highlight of our tour. Fast forward 5 months into our year long contract and access to the gym has been revoked unless we pay an additional $100 per month. The General Manager has refused to honor their commitment, is unwilling to compromise on my monthly rate, and will not terminate our lease early so that we can find an alternative space. Instead she referenced my contract stating that services may be removed at any time at Industrious' sole discretion. Don't be fooled by the "extra amenities" as they can be stripped from you without warning. The only services they are contractually required to provide are printer services and internet. It's a shame that an organization that was recently acquired by a massive, publicly traded company (CBRE), is unwilling to do right by small business owners. Look elsewhere if you are a small business owner who values commitment and compromise from your business partners.

I’ve been in this office space for a little over a year and have loved it. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making the space an optimal location to focus on work. Common spaces, restrooms, and individual office are kept clean and comfortable. There are constantly snacks and meals being offered and opportunities to connect with other members.

What a fun space!! I love the Industrious on 999 Peachtree. I normally work remote from my home but I found that being the the space was energizing and I got a LOT of work done. It made me feel productive and there was plenty of coffee and snacks to fuel me! For coffee I had it with a honey stick and oat milk (thank you for providing milk alternatives!) and for a snack I had hummus with fresh carrots and oranges. There were also all sorts of other snacks available (granola bars, chips, fruit, cheese sticks, etc). That afternoon there was an event with LifeLabs Learning so Industrious provided an incredible mezze spread! We're talking grape leaves, fresh veggies, artichokes, pita, hummus, tzatziki, olives. YUM. And to top it all off a selection of wine and beers -- and fancy water :) Thank you Dan, Hannah, Brittney, and the rest of the Industrious team!!

This is a really nice Industrious. Extremely well run and in a very nice building. Highly recommend.
