Jennifer GutierrezThis review has to do with the front office staff. Please listen carefully to not make yourself look 1. Impatient 2. Annoyed 3. Wanting to make parents look incompetent. When you ask for the name of a client take notice to the answer and not assume that the parent is in the wrong to make you self seem smart because in the end you are wrong. I will not sign a legal document that states “consent for a procedure” without speaking to the DR period. Speaking in Spanish about parents won’t help you when they understand every word you say. I’m sorry you’re “stuck” working here but please smile, relax, breathe, and act as though your job depends on clients.
Megan ReinkeOur experience with a cleaning for my toddler was fine. But their treatment plan for my 2 year old daughter’s cavity was to strap her to a board, give her laughing gas, and not allow a parent in the room with her. This is their standard procedure, she was compliant for the cleaning and they had no reason to think she would need these measures. Walked right out and found a different dentist for her filling, who exercised none of these extreme measures. Haven’t been back since.
Yarely MoranI beg to differ but I don't agree with the "1 star" reviews. I've been coming to California Dental Care in Upland since my daughter was 1. I have always been kept up to date & never have had a complaint. Dr. Paul is an amazing dentist & so patient. His staff is amazingly graceful & super friendly. I never have to wait more than 10 minuted to be called in. They help you with concerns you might have, they send your kiddos home with a goodie bag that consists of (toothbrush, floss packet & toothpaste.) Even a small toy! I never have had a problem with this office. I have nothing but NICE PLEASANT things to say about them. I want to thank California Dental Care, Dr. Paul & staff for all the attention they have always given me & my daughter. I definitely recommend them! Don't let these bad reviews fool you. Try for yourself :)
