I had been a happy patient here since 2019 and even switched insurances to be able to continue coming to this office. Dr. Petrosyan is great, and I love the front desk ladies and all the hygenists - they are so sweet! Unfortunately Marcos the Office Manager has soured my experience and I won't be coming back. Essentially he lied to me telling me my HMO insurance doesn't cover ANY treatment, and was over charging me for treatment that IS covered! He told me my crown would cost $590, but when I called Cigna they told me that I should be paying $277. When I asked Marcos about it he said I'm wrong, but he called my insurance anyway. Then he emails back: "Ok yes it's $277." No apology, and no explanation for why he was trying to charge me almost $300 more dollars! I looked back and I overpaid for previous services as well! Where is this money going? Why is he billing my insurance and then turning around and billing me for services that are supposed to be $0? I'm sad to leave this practice but I can no longer trust that I'm being charged correctly and don't want to deal with someone who is dishonest. BEWARE!! And double check the costs he is telling you!

Honestly the staff was great, the office was super clean and very easy parking. I went in super nervous and scared, the staff did a great job taking care of me and Dr Petrosyan was beyond amazing!

I was a previous client before they moved and thought I would give them another try. I had a scheduled cleaning and when I arrived the front desk said a cleaning wouldn't not be possible. I would need to do a check up and come back at a later date. Disappointing considering the only dates I am available are weekends and they would not have availability any time soon. A manager was called and yet didn't attempt to resolve the issue SMH. The dentist are good from what I remember but coordination of actually getting in is why this place lost me as a client.

I found this place because it had good reviews and it lived up to the hype. The office staff is extremely kind and welcoming. The office is very clean. They have advanced equipment and a dentist actually care about you and are willing to ask questions and explain things to you thoroughly.
