Three Birds just the best I just wanted to take a moment to share how much I love this yoga studio! I just complete my 300th class! I predominantly attend FO but SO is also a wonderful space. The community is so welcoming, and the teachers are truly amazing. Just to mention a few. Olivia’s classes are fun and challenging—she always leaves me feeling empowered and joyful. Kelsey brings such great energy and is a fantastic instructor. And Deb’s Tuesday evening Flow to Restore class has been a true gift—it’s really helped improve my sleep. This studio has created such a special space, and I’m so grateful to be a part of it!

Three Birds yoga studio in South Orange is a wonderful place to practice yoga! The space is bright and airy with plenty of natural light. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The classes are suitable for all levels - beginners to experienced yogi’s. It’s my happy place!

I have been a regular at the downtown South Orange studio for the last three years. There is a broad offering of classes, workshops and instructors to choose from. The staff are friendly and accessible. I highly recommend Three Birds for anyone interested in practicing yoga in a group setting on a consistent basis.
