From the first day I contacted them, they were able to come by the house, inspect the damage, and communicate their findings with our insurance. We appreciated their willingness to help us through this process since it was our first time needing a full roof replacement. Once we received the green light from insurance, ScissorTail’s roofing crew was able to install the roof within a day and the gutters were installed in a couple hours the next business day. Their crew was very courteous and informative. Our project mangers, Lance and Mitchell, were kind, honest, and helpful in explaining the process throughout the duration of the project.

They moved walls, added a hallway, added a bedroom and a bath, and did it all without us having to be there to oversee the project. Had a great and professional experience with these guys from the planning all the way to the end of the project. They were knowledgeable and had recommendations for some of the issues we ran into, very efficient and timely, and they kept me well informed on where they were at in the process. My project was a facelift in my kitchen at a very reasonable price. We replaced the doors, added soft close to everything, added several pull out drawers on the deep cabinets I had, added a pull out trash can and painted interior and exterior white, lastly added new hardware. He came a second time for an inspection because our insurance denied the claim at first, and he communicated with them to prove why we needed a new roof.
