Full review: I found Naomi from a general Google search - I broke my ankle and needed help with 2 rooms full of just boxes and piles of stuff that needed to find a place and be moved there. Naomi was fantastic to work with! From the beginning she was super responsive - got back to me quickly, and was flexible with my schedule. The consultation was easy because I could just text her a few pictures and then we arranged a time to talk through my rooms on the phone. She was great with my timeline as far as when I wanted the project completed by (it was about maybe 2-3 weeks between when I first reached out and when she scheduled the time to come to my house). She worked super efficiently because told me how to prep for her coming (stuff I should do before to get the most out of her time) and she did NOT pressure me buy anything prior to meeting with her which I liked. She encouraged working with what I already had, and maybe just a few bins (if I didn't have any already). The day of, I LOVE that she didn't just look at the two rooms I had brought her in for. She actually asked for us to do a quick walk through of the whole house and she ended up organizing two additional closets in addition to my two rooms because that was what worked out best for what we were trying to accomplish. But I just love that she looked at my house as a whole and how we could optimize ALL my space (not just the two rooms with all the stuff). I will absolutely be calling Naomi again when I need help with our workshop!
