SBG is a professional company that takes good care of their rental property tenants. SBG recently took over on managing the rental property that I live in. My apartment did not have a washer and dryer hookup so SBG put a washer and dryer hookup and a washer and dryer in this apartment. They are also doing more additional upgrades to this property. I would recommend them to anyone.

brooklyn was an absolutely wonderful!! we called SBG around 3pm and they were closing early at 3:30 and STILL gave us full service, allowing us to still go and view an apartment. We got our applications in that same night, and were able to pay and get the keys not even 24 hrs later!

Good afternoon, My name is Chelsie Rodgers and I have been rented from SBG Properties for roughly 2 1/2 years. I have rented from several different places in the past 15 years of my life. SBG is the absolute best company I have ever rented a property from in those 15 years. You could not ask for a better group of people. No exaggeration, this company has gone above and beyond for me over the last 2 1/2 years. I have had a broken washer, fixed immediately by Troy. I had some ants I spotted, SBG immediately sends out bug man. Hott water heater went out, Troy the maintenance man here within hours. Something went wrong with dishwasher, Troy with maintenance immediately came over and ordered part for my dishwasher. Anytime I needed to report or have any questions, the ladies were there to answer the phone. I’ve never had to leave a voicemail, Brooklyn or Kathryn always answer the phone immediately. These ladies have been amazing and I am heartbroken and devastated that another property management company is taking over my apartment. As soon as my lease is up, SBG here I come. Thank you to Kathryn, Brooklyn, and Troy and all of SBG for being the best around. Couldn’t have asked for more. If I could give you 100 stars I would.

I had to post from my friends account because I don’t have gmail. But my name is Chelsie Rodgers and I rent from SBG and let me brag on them for a moment. I was in a bind a few months ago and needed a place as soon as possible and SBG got me right in with a great apartment. They have been so caring, helpful, and attentive to all my needs. Yesterday morning I called about my hot water heater, and they came and fixed it immediately, the thermostat had tripped. I couldn’t recommend anyone better. Thank you Brooklyn and Catherine and Maintenance staff at SBG! Ten stars!
