Any time an issue arises, they address it quickly, thoroughly, and with a level of service that consistently exceeds expectations. I want to especially recognize Samantha Hartman, who has been nothing short of incredible. Samantha goes above and beyond in every aspect of her role—communicating clearly, following up promptly, and handling every situation with unmatched professionalism and care. Her dedication to our community is evident in the way she proactively solves problems and ensures that our neighborhood is always well supported. Everyone in Primrose Meadows 2 could not be happier with her performance. As a board member—and as the President—I can confidently say that I cannot imagine anyone else doing a better job, unless they came from Kentuckiana Property Management themselves. Let me start my experience off when I moved into the unit that I’m currently in. It was up under a new ownership. The duplex was infested with roaches. I’ve worked in hotels for over 10+ years. I am chief engineer so over the period of time I had to use my own skills to fix some things. I spent hundreds of dollars spraying and bombing the duplex. It is now bug free because of me my apartment has flooded not to mention when there was roaches here. I had a hard time sleeping with roaches going over my face while I was sleeping. This is the most worst experience that I’ve ever had in a duplex and administration. I had to clean the hallways wash the hallway walls to keep the bugs at Bay! I had to reset my own toilet when I moved in. I only had one air conditioner that’s been resolved. There are many things that needs to be fixed in my duplex. I’ve talked to the administration, which is her name is Georgia Childers or whatever her name is her and her assistant proceed to keep calling and leave voicemails telling me you need to pay your rent are we going to evict you number one thing you don’t call a tenant harassing about rent their protocols just in place for that matted emails, etc. They are very unorganized which caused me to be very upset with this administration. Even Georgia’s assistant start recording me when I was talking to her on the phone and I said I do not approve of you recording me so it’s mainly problems with administration if they fix the administration I think things will be a lot better there are rats roaming the grounds. We have two dumpsters that are full overflowing. It seems that this company does not care about the before they purchased this property in the engineering department, we call it a preventive maintenance a PM. They didn’t do any Proventil maintenance on the property at all because if that was the matter, they would know about all of the things from the beginning so they’re not following protocol at all the worst administration I’ve ever seen.
Amber Justice has been so helpful to us. She helped us make arrangements easily and quickly for a change in billing methods for maintenance each month, and when the condo had a serious leak expedited the estimate and helped us schedule. When a 2nd leak was discovered after heavy rain, she responded immediately by sending a current Board member over immediately to look at the damage with me and the mold remediation company so that all questions and plans could be addressed and resolved. Many conversations with her followed, making sure all would proceed as needed. All this during the week when she was working with a new Board of Directors, who had many needs of their own. She has proven many times that it's not just a job for her.
