What kind of pizza place has no pepperoni pizza and is unwilling to make any at 6:45 on Friday night? The girl looked at me like I was crazy to even ask if there was one in the oven. Sbarro was the only reason we came to this dead mall.

The croutons in the salad were stale. The stromboli was hard at the bottom.

Service was slow. I feel like they need more staff or a better game plan because one person was serving the food and checking everyone out. The food was great but… there was a roach in the forks. The forks were not in a wrapper so, me and the other lady who saw had to go to a different establishment for utensils.. the forks were directly by the food so, it kind of made my stomach then thinking there were roaches on the food..

Absolutely to slow!! Seriously doesn’t take 7 mins to wait on one person, and while others waiting, their orders can be put in the dang oven while others are waiting. Why make one customer wait 7 mins while the others are cooking? Slowest service I have ever endured and while I’m doing a pickup so order was placed online! Where I should not have to wait in first place..
