Worst service ever! Ordered a pizza through Menu Express (Pizzaman) for delivery at 5:45P and the pizza arrived at 8:30P. I called them (no answer) and emailed them at 6:00PM to request cancellation when I wasn’t able track my order on the app. We ended up ordering from Domino’s. Never ever again will I use them!

Who can I talk to or report a driver??!!! This is my first time placing a order through this website! A man name Jim that delivered my food caught and attitude and yell infront of me and my kids bc I wouldn’t give him a tip!!! First of all that not how you treat your customers second of all you can’t get mad I don’t tip and don’t have at the moment. Now the lady who I spoke to when you call after making a order isn’t answering the phone!!! What do I do? I need headquarters number or something!!! Replying: I don’t need to hide nun how you gone tell me I have issues in the past when you don’t know me or can’t even tell me your name or give me the headquarters number??? Never order from this website again and definitely highly would not recommend to anybody with bad service and employees like y’all! I rather DoorDash for this!!!! Which means you have more than likely had an issue with non payment previously and are attempting to hide your identity.

I've tried and tried with this business. The people that take your order are very nice, but WAY too often the order is wrong when delivered or it's not delivered AT ALL. Very disappointed! I've given them chance after chance, but now I'm through. Something is seriously wrong with their system and I can't figure out whether it's the business itself or their restaurant partners. Either way, order at your own risk. Review update: I received a response from the owner the day after I left this review asking me to "provide details" (you can see it here). I took some pains to reconstruct all of the issues I have had with them and sent the email as requested the following day -- July 2. Today is July 20 and I have heard NOTHING in response. I think this validates my instinct about their unreliability. Changing my review from 2 stars to 1.

I’ve ordered with menu several times now on nights I just want a movie night. The staff is as nice as can be and the online chat so helpful. They are polite and accommodating. A mistake made BY the restaurant was handled by them! The drivers are so nice . They send you tracking where they are en route . Love the service . I just wish they had a larger list of places to eat
