Ultron Services was recommended by a family friend and we contacted Delroy to get a quote for hail damage. Delroy showed up and asked us to contact our insurance company and conclude with them before he gave us a quote - which we did. Fast forward a couple months and many phone calls later requesting for a quote. We were very specific about what we wanted done and I mentioned to Delroy that I felt we were not being treated professionally. He mentioned that he would make sure we didn't have to reach out to him before we got our quote but we never heard back. I don't like to post negative reviews, but I had to this time. Their services may be good, but this service provider was not professional WITH ME in this instance.

Delroy and his team went above and beyond my expectations. Having been quoted by a few companies, Delroy gave the most reasonable quote. He communicated when he would be at our home, and when he couldn't due to weather issues. He was always respectful of team safety, and I appreciate that level of care and leadership. When issues came up about the roof during renovation, he quoted on what needed to be done and continued the work effortlessly. I would have no issue recommending Delroy and his team to anyone. Hire him, you wont regret it!

Horrible experience, ended up doing our roof incorrectly and it was like pulling teeth to get Delroy and his company to take responsibility for the damage, even with multiple other professional opinions. Took them to court to get the cost of our roof back. But still ate the 25k worth of interior damage. YOU WOULD BE A FOOL TO HIRE THIS CLOWN.

Delroy and his team were great to work with. They replaced my existing roof quickly and professionally. Delroy was easy to get a hold of, and always responded back quickly to messages. He was courteous and knowledgeable, providing insight on best shingles to use for my needs. No pressure tactics. Price was fair, so I was happy with that, but the customer service aspect is what I valued most. I would recommend Ultron Services to anyone looking to do a roof replacement, or for even a smaller roof project. Thank you, Delroy!
