Integrity seems to be a common word used in the reviews for The Roofing Factory, and there’s a good reason for that. I worked with Chris for a leak repair and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. He promptly returned my call when I first inquired (I still haven’t heard back from some of the other roofers I had called). Recognizing that I was dealing with an active leak that was causing damage, he prioritized my job and got out just two days later. I had originally called on a Saturday and he came out first thing Monday morning. Originally he had repaired what he believed to be the issue, but unfortunately the leak persisted. Chris came back out the evening of the SAME DAY to sort out the issue. The leak itself ended up being a very stubborn issue to repair, but Chris didn’t quit until the job was sorted out fully. No additional charges for coming out again, he stood by his word and got the job done as agreed. Integrity seems to be a rare trait in today’s industries, and these guys have got it!! Look no further and book with these guys, trust me. Thanks again!

We are very pleased with the work that Chris and his colleague provided today. They corrected an energy loss issue we were experiencing with air entering our bathroom fans. Chris explained in detail what needed to be done and gave us a link to the before and after images that we can access. We now have peace of mind and would highly recommend them!
