We hosted our birthday party here and had an absolutely amazing experience! The activities were unique, engaging, and thoughtfully designed — unlike any other party we’ve been to. All the kids had so much fun, and the energy throughout was so positive and joyful. The staff was professional, organized, and made everything run smoothly. Highly recommend this place for a creative and memorable celebration!

I can’t get enough of Air! I’ve been going for several years. There is a great mix of different instructors and they offer a lot of different fun workshops throughout each year — the aerial photoshoot and goat yoga were some of last year’s faves. The instructors really care about their students and do a great job of providing a number of options during classes to make the workout accessible to all. Highly recommend.

Rachel's teaching techniques are awesome! The stretches included in the routine at the start and end are helpful to get in the motion. I enjoyed myself in the beginners class.

I had soooo much fun! It was my first time ever trying this, Rachel was an amazing instructor who slowed things down enough for me to feel safe and challenged. I did the Foundations class and it was perfect for a rookie like me! Absolutely recommend for a deep stretch, a fun and playful workout and/or just a different way to engage your body. Excited to go back and for the future new locations!
