Sarla Hotel Inn

This place should be shut down. I don’t even know where to start — this hotel is an absolute disaster. From the moment we stepped in, it felt like we made the worst mistake ever. The room was filthy. And I don’t mean just “a little untidy” — I mean proper disgusting. Dust everywhere, stains on the walls, and it smelled like something had died in there weeks ago. The water was hard, smelly, and felt like it came straight out of a rusted pipe. The bed wasn’t even made — like seriously? We paid to sleep in a dump? The service? A complete joke. You ask for something, and maybe — just maybe — they’ll respond after an hour or two. Nobody cared. It was like they were doing us a favour by letting us stay there. The food… oh my god. Ordered something simple. Took two freaking hours to arrive. TWO. HOURS. And when it did, it looked like it had been reheated from someone else's leftovers. Cold, tasteless, and just sad. Not a single apology. Not a single thing offered to make up for the mess. Just blank faces and bad attitude. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. It’s honestly a scam. Don’t waste your money, your time, or your mental peace. Sleep on the road or under a tree — it’ll be cleaner, faster, and probably safer than staying here. AVOID THIS HELLHOLE

Location is good staff was good but there was no water supply in the room as well well in washroom so I left after 1 hour,and when I complaint about it at reception they said sorry sir bata dete hum krwa dete.

Have got such a pathetic experience, the guy who was as billing desk was such a fraudster, he was trying to extract money on pretext of taking one more room. No sense of how to talk to customers, at 11 pm he was misbehaving with my align parents. He is there for extraction only. And after misbehaving he was just smiling.Don’t try for this one.
