If I could give this company zero stars I most certainly would. As a United States veteran I have been in some of the most stressful situations and have dealt with some of the most unprofessional companies and individuals but I must say this has by far been the worst. Gatsby at Midtown in Montgomery, Al has some of the most nonchalant employees and maintenance is nonexistent. For 1200.00 a month the service you receive is absolutely disappointing from the onsite back up to corporate. After making attempts to deal with this onsite, we reached out to corporate and still have been unable to reach anyone or come to a resolution. The apartment has been without air for days and not only has this affected an eye disease but has also affected the children being able to visit as they suffer with allergies, etc and aren’t able to handle heat well. The next step with this company is to contact an attorney and perhaps maybe then we will receive a response.

I reside in one of their units...the property manager quit..we never received notice that she quit well over a month ago. A new lady came in who sends maintenance to send out letters. She never introduced herself. I paid my rent on time she tried to send me a print out of charges she claims is owed after the rent was paid on time that shows it was paid on time and I have pics of my money orders... When I went to office she didn't answer the door on purpose. Another person came that they pay to clean up the grounds she didn't answer either. And left out as soon as she thought I had left to avoid seeing me. She's a white property manager over a predominantly black residential apartment complex. She never answered the phone either. she's been here all of a week. she obviously thinks that I don't know laws concerning what she did. How you send a print out claiming money is owed the day after I paid my rent on time and you accepted the payment.. not to mention they have mold in my apartment that I told the previous property manager about and they tried to cover it up with white spray and a board...also forgot to mention that she put a letter on my door 2 days after the date she "wrote" on it . They are sneaky and conniving watch them. Yes she was avoiding me on purpose . Please do not try to tell me when I saw her. Not to mention they have the. Laundry facilities closed knowing that people don't have cars or are elderly and need to wash..

My Dad is a current resident at The Crossing at Henderson Mill and he has been having an issue with getting in touch with someone about transferring into a small unit. He is currently in a three bedroom and it's just him by his self and he wants to down size. The office staff stated to him he can not transfer in the middle of his lease. I have working in property management for 8 years and I have never heard of that. He is willing to pay a transfer fee and everything. He been a resident since 2015. Always on time. All of the kids are out of thr house and wants to save money. Can someone please help my Dad Kenneth Lanier. Everything got handled 🙌🏾 👌🏾

Break-ins at Ashford Villa apts are frequent. They won’t add cameras. I’ve had my car vandalized twice in 2 months here. Rent won’t drop, won’t give me a garage at no expense. The office won’t literally do anything about. So I’m guessing corporate office won’t either. Nice… take peoples money but can’t protect them or their things.
