Took my ring in to have claws done and dipped. Got it back in terrible condition. They took it again and fixed it. Three weeks later and I’m loosing diamonds on my ring. Not happy at all! *update* Scott called me personally to let me know the ring was done. Then proceeded to ask/intimidate me to remove the bad review saying his staff members are super upset. He was supposed to replace one Canadian diamond. Took it upon himself to remove a second diamond and replace the missing one and the one next to it. Without returning the completely fine diamond they took out. I am not happy at all. No paperwork to show for the Canadian diamonds he claims to have put in. You can tell the replaced diamonds aren’t spaced properly etc. Wish it didn’t have to come to this as I’ve had this ring dipped and inspected previously and would’ve loved to turn my bad review into a good outcome.

We can’t say enough amazing things about Ryan. Our first interaction was with Ryan (and his lovely pup Murph!) at Rutledge to try out engagement ring styles and size. He was super knowledgeable, had great ideas and we never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. My (now-)fiance then returned to Rutledge and worked with Ryan on a rather quick timeline in order to get the ring done before leaving for our trip. We’ve since worked with Ryan to design both of our wedding bands, which we just picked up today. Ryan was helpful, communicative, caring and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond on the ring design and suggested several small detail changes to our rings to make them even more personalized and meaningful to us. 100% recommend Ryan and his team - we won’t be using anyone else for our jewelry needs and constantly recommend them to friends and family!
