My wedding rings needed to be resized & cleaned after 51 years. When inspected I was shown on the large screen. They needed additional work. I was told the price for each part that needed work. Rafael jewelry did an amazing job. They look just like the day of our wedding.. 51 years ago. So friendly & professional. They were ready exactly when they promised they would be .The price was exactly what was quoted. Now you can see the heart that holds up the center diamond. I love the sparkle!! I was in search of a jeweller close to home and I came across Rafael’s business on google. I must say, i was impressed at the reviews and commendations from customers (who too also discovered his business by searching google). I called and the staff who answered was polite, and I was told to pop in. I met with Rafael(who is warm, polite and has a bubbly personality) with a bright smile was very helpful. I showed him my ring for resizing and he immediately checked it out and told me i can have it the next day. i was anticipating to hear back end of day the next day, but to my surprise, i was informed my ring was ready for pickup at 10:15am… WOW! i was impressed! you will not be disappointed in making him your personal jeweller- the staff and he are accommodating. #my ring fits perfectly. thank you Team Rafael.
