Our move-in is still a few days away but I would want to appreciate all the help received, thus far, by the management team to help us secure a place. Jehan has been of immense help. Right from the first connect till now, he has been kind and reaching out. His demeanour has been one of assisting the existing and potential tenants, i.e. his customers, with all the support and guidance he can. We hope that our moving-in day and stay thereafter are full of such positive experiences. Kudos to the wonderful team at Morguard!

I've lived here for 10 years. With the exception of the racoons in the attic above my unit and getting them removed after multiple complaints, I love it here. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful. I recently requested that the carpeting in the main area be replaced and it was done in a short period from my request. I love the new carpet. It's a lovely grey shade and so nice under the feet. I highly recommend the complex. They are doing futher maintenance to the property in August and can't wait to see the results. Thank you again to the wonderful staff.

My experience securing an apartment at the Rouge Valley Residences was amazing. Jehan was a huge help to us!! He was able to offer us a place very quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond to ensure we were able to move in as soon as possible. The apartments are clean and spacious and the community is family oriented and quiet.

Do not rent here,stay away, currently looking to relocate, this is the worse place to rent,not quiet at all, constant parties, loud music and individuals drinking on the street. I have made multiple complaints to the Rouge Valley residence management but it falls on deaf ears. The units are outdated, if you have a family look else where. Look at the pictures at the bottom,this is what your street really looks like.
