Pickering Place is a lovely apartment complex which is a great spot to live. Large rooms & apartments, lovely grounds and reasonable rent The management are excellent resolving problems if there is one. They are fair & very efficient. They have even repaired a problem that was caused by me & I offered payment but they refused & looked after it themselves.

We went today to view an apartment. You cannot beat the location here and the office staff and the residents we passed were friendly and everyone seems happy to be there. The apartment will work perfect for us so we’re applying today and hope to call this place home !

The CAPREIT brand stands out to me because they have a successful business model, however true success is realized only when the trickle down effect has achieved the same degree of strategic alignment. The team members who carry out the day to day tasks, are the ones who contribute greatly to this effect. They are the faces of the Capreit. This is where Vishanthi, Shiya and Lowell come in. My leasing experience was what I would describe as “first class” concierge service. I had such a pleasant experience it surpassed the level of expertise I paid my realtor for. Their professionalism, organization, diligence, friendliness and thoughtfulness is nothing short of a job well done! I’m so grateful for these property managers and I look forward to partnering with them as a new resident of Pickering Place Apartment Community.

I've been renting here since 2023, having moved from Ottawa for work. We chose this place for its ideal location—close to GO Transit, bus stops, Hwy 401 & Pickering Town Center. Since moving in, the experience has been fantastic. The management is excellent, handling maintenance swiftly. The property is well-maintained, and the community is friendly and supportive.
