I am truly blessed to have a emergency vet that won't cost you your rent or mortgage. Today our sweet boy was diagnosed IVDD & they were amazing with us. The Dr we seen today plus the nurses are so kind, positive, compassionate, helpful and just absolutely amazing. I will tell all my family and friends about this place for emergency weekend veterinarian care.

I was visiting from out of town and needed a vet early Sunday morning for my little 15 year old dog. The care we received at Rogue Valley Veterinary Emergency was by far the best emergency vet experience I’ve had. The practice room is open, I was able to sit with my dog, the staff were extremely compassionate and gentle, and the vet, Dr. Grover, took the time to explain the diagnostic process and then her diagnosis and to answer all my questions. My dog will recover, but while I was at the practice I saw another family whose dog was not so fortunate, and they were provided with a private room and privacy to be with their pet, and the staff was very compassionate and supportive. I would not hesitate to bring my pet here again. Thanks very much.

I was with my sister and brother in law when we found a small dog who had been hit by a car and left on the side of the road. We rushed him to the ER vet, where they acted quickly and performed X-rays that sadly showed severe, irreversible damage to his spine. Throughout the entire process, the veterinarian and staff were incredibly caring, compassionate, and gentle. You could truly feel how much they cared and how thoughtfully the vet made the difficult call to humanely let him go. We are so sorry to whoever’s dog this was. Please know that he passed peacefully, surrounded by love and care, and he did not leave this world alone. We are deeply grateful to this ER team for giving him care and compassion in his final moments.

The staff at RVVE were some of the kindest people I have ever encountered. They were patient, gracious and informative. Their pricing is realistic for emergency services and offer financing options. I hated having to be there because of our situation but so very grateful for their services. They even sent me a memorial footprint of my sweet girl as a token of condolence and sympathy. The online check in process is easy and straightforward and allowed us to wait at home until they were ready to see us, preventing stress and vulnerability. I was grateful to be able to be with my girl since entering the building, which I know helped her nervousness too.
