My husband and I are retirees who recently moved to Medford with our precious kitty, Tuff Pumpkin. Kelly's had been recommended to us but we were nervous about trusting our babe to someone new, that is until we met Kelly. She is great - organized, thorough, and with a heart of love for critters. She did an outstanding job for us and we were completely confident that Tuff would be well cared for while we were out of town. Kelly and her staff have taken amazing care of my cat during short and long vacations. The last one was over 2 weeks and Kelly sent me pictures of my cat and her interaction with her over email since I was not receiving texts while overseas. Even my husband was so impressed with Kelly sending pictures nearly every day. Kelly included notes about her food consumption and her playfulness which was a sign of how comfortable she was with Kelly. I appreciated Kelly's service so very much and her great communications to my sister as well. This was my first experience using Kelly's Pet Sitting. I can honestly say that I have had pet sitters over the years and Kelly stands out. Very professional, organized, reliable, caring and has an amazing ability to connect with your fur babies! We were gone for 13 days and a flight on the way home cancelled putting us away for another day and a half.
