The dentist and the assistant were absolutely amazing — they were both kind, gentle, and very professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. I truly appreciate their care and attention. The front staff were also wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. I have been a patient with the Downtown Dental Clinic for many years and am very happy with the level of service and professionalism. They consistently assign me the same friendly hygienist, who is careful but at the same time very thorough in her cleaning. The dentists and hygienists keep me posted about my insurance will pay so there are no unpleasant surprises, and I have the impression they prefer to monitor potential problems and not recommend intervention until it is really necessary. I had a great experience with Dr. Jalali and Dr. Saman. Both of them are professional, friendly, and make you feel very comfortable during the treatment. I had a root canal and a filling done, and everything went perfectly, painless, smooth, and with excellent care. They really take the time to explain the process and ensure you feel relaxed.
