She’s professional, communicative, resourceful, punctual with letting me know my clients have arrived and very helpful. It’s a delight to have Candace here at Regus Center Glenview. I selected this location for convenience during my short-term relocation, and I'm glad I did! Candace is welcoming and helpful to me, office clients, and the other guests visiting the center. I have utilized the lounge and day offices as needed, depending on my daily business requirements. I appreciate the flexibility of Regus office membership.

EDIT: On 9/16, after my review, Candace Hoff (Deputy City Manager) contacted me about resolving this issue. I thanked her and followed up on 9/18 and 9/28 but never received a response. Today, our accountant went ahead and paid after we got notice it was being sent to collections—even though we haven’t used their services or set foot in the office in over 2 years. I would not recommend this place until this is resolved. *** I am leaving this one-star review for Regus – Prairie Glen (Glenview, IL) because of an unresolved and unacceptable billing dispute. Our company vacated this location in 2022, yet Regus continues to send us invoices for irrelevant charges (including beverages and coffee services). Despite numerous emails, explanations, and assurances from management, nothing has been resolved. Here is a timeline of my attempts to resolve this matter: Jun 4 – First email disputing invoice. Jun 5 – Reply from Deputy City Manager, support ticket opened. Jun 6 – I thanked them, awaiting resolution. Jun 17 – Follow-up, no resolution. Jul 22 – Contacted again, still unresolved. Jul 24 – Another reply from Deputy City Manager assuring me it was “not overlooked.” Jul 27 – Third follow-up; accountant requesting updates. Aug 8 – Sent another follow-up, no action. Aug 29 – Email from City Manager demanding payment of a “past due invoice.” Aug 29 – I immediately replied, again explaining Nest Solutions vacated in 2022 and should not be billed. As of Sep 2025, nothing has been fixed. Instead of resolving the matter, Regus has continued sending “past due” notices for a location we left three years ago. This review will remain one star until the following actions are taken: All disputed invoices are voided.
