Came in for the toys for tots drive for the free oil change. Brandon at the front desk was very helpful and professional. He explained things that are coming up on my vehicle but didn’t press me to buy on the spot. Allan did my oil change and topped off all my fluids and did a wonderful inspection on my vehicle. The environment was beautiful with Christmas lights and a tree with Christmas music playing. They had a wonderful sitting area with drinks and snacks and a tv. 10/10 good job real time team definitely will be coming back in the future. Not many trust worthy and honest shops left.

My family was in need of car repairs and have been trying to find a reliable and honest shop. We ended up giving Real Time Auto Repair our business. After doing our research and making some calls we felt very comfortable and confident they could fix our truck for a reasonable price. When we arrive we are greeted immediately by Brandon with a smile and Great presence. He immediately questioned our concerns taking notes and making sure he understood what our problem with the truck was. This made my wife, and I feel very comfortable and relaxed us both. We promptly received a phone call greeting us and letting us know what was found during the diagnostic process. Each step was explained very thoroughly, in a way that we both could understand what was needed to be repaired. Then, comes the hard part right? How much is this gonna cost. To our surprise? We were told what was wrong, How much the parts and labor were going to cost? And to our surprise, it was much less than what we were told by other shops. We authorized the repairs and our vehicle was repaired in a very timely manner? And even came with a warranty. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody. In need of repair or maintenance! We will definitely be coming back and giving our friends and family the recommendation to come in and have repairs. Today I requested them to perform a pre purchase inspection on a 2013 Ram 1500. I was surprised about the honesty and level of service they showed. Where I come from these kind of inspections are unusual. I got a full report with all their findings. And an overview of items that require immediate attention. I also got estimates of what it would cost per item. Plus labor costs. All in all it genuinely helped me in purchasing this particular vehicle. I certainly will come back.
