The online process to troubleshoot and schedule assistance was smooth and seamless—very user-friendly. Within 24–48 hours, I received assistance, and the response time exceeded my expectations. After inspection, it was determined that my dishwasher needed to be replaced, and the replacement process happened quickly. The new dishwasher was installed without any hassle and works perfectly. This was truly the best maintenance process I’ve ever experienced. I’m 100% satisfied with both the customer service and the efficiency of the resolution.
