Ronnie was awesome - he came out multiple times to make sure everything was perfect and rent-ready. Communication was great too - they were always easy to reach and quick to respond. I just moved in with Real Property Management Midtown, and so far, it’s been a really great experience. Alyssa, the leasing coordinator, was super professional and easy to work with. She made the whole move-in process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. A few days after moving in, the A/C started acting up—which was definitely not ideal. But Ronnie, the maintenance coordinator, handled it quickly and kept me updated the whole time. He made sure it got fixed fast and even followed up to make sure everything was working right. What could’ve been a big headache turned out to be no big deal, thanks to him. Overall, I’ve felt really taken care of so far. The team at Real Property Management Midtown has been awesome!
